This service is intended to provided direct 1:1 supervision to your loved one. For those living in semi-independent living that require assistance with supervision, ADL’s, IADL’s, preventing falls, managing behavioral issues, and any other medical necessities requiring direct supervision would qualify for this service. Direct supervision provides hands on personal care, medical and therapeutic assistance soley directed to you and not shared with other patients.
